New panel ventilation designed for flexibility

ELSTEEL introduces the newest addition to Techno Module system – Modular Louvre Cover. The flexible solution that allows the protection level of an enclosure to be quickly upgraded from IP21 to IP41 or IP43. It was developed with flexibility in mind to simplify both the design and installation in a panel board.

Modular at core

The Modular Louvre Cover system offers two designs to meet different project requirements.

The standard IP21 cover serves as the base for further modifications. By using a dedicated conversion kit of fine mesh sheet and louvre grill, the protection level can be upgraded to IP41 or IP43 in just a few simple steps. Designed to improve efficiency during installation and make it easier to adapt to changing project requirements. 

A standalone Modular Louvre Cover IP30 is also available for projects that do not require future modifications. This simpler design is intended for applications with clearly defined requirements.

Increased efficiency 

The shared base design of the Modular Louvre Cover and its conversion kits simplify inventory management and reduce storage requirements.

Upgrading to IP41 or IP43 can be carried out directly at the distributor’s warehouse or at the customer’s facility, without the need to stock multiple complete cover variants. This approach helps optimise storage space and costs, while maintaining the flexibility to respond quickly to changing or unexpected project requirements. 

Alternatively, customers can also stock fully assembled products with protection level from IP21 to IP43, ready for installation.
